A coach supports them uncover these solutions. Coaching is less advising or leading, and more observing, asking questions, and supporting towards a specific outcome or goal.

Consulting involves educating and advising. The client learns and uses the wisdom, skill sets, and expertise of the consultant. The consultant actively listens and shares their experiences and knowledge, may point out areas for improvement and change, and provides resources and tools.
